Does the MCC provide cleaning services? If so, when does the cleaning crew work?
The MCC is well equipped to clean multiple booths—from one hall to a four hall exhibition. The MCC is the exclusive provider of booth cleaning: Show Manager/Service Contractors may not resell this service.
- First cleaning of carpet aisles is included in rental
- Exhibitors must pay for first cleaning of their booths
- Aisle and booth cleaning is done overnight
Is the MCC air conditioned during move-in and move-out?
The MCC's goal is to conserve energy, yet provide a comfortable environment for its clients. Because of the energy saving initiatives, air-conditioning is turned on in the exhibit halls and meeting rooms two (2) hours before show opening.

May my service contractor handle all exhibitor freight coming across the loading dock?
The MCC has an open dock policy. This policy allows individual exhibitors the right to handle their own freight. All full-time employees of any exhibiting firm shall be allowed to unload, install and dismantle the exhibits of the exhibiting company.
May I set up hot tubs, water displays, gardens, and displays with dirt and sand in the exhibit halls?
Water exhibits are highly discouraged in Hall B due to the fact that we have another exhibit hall directly beneath Hall B. The MCC requires all floor boxes under water, dirt, sand, and garden displays be covered with MCC floor box covers which may be purchased through the Exhibitor Services Office. Show Management and/or MCC labor may install the floor box covers. In the event that MCC labor is the preferred labor to install floor boxes, labor and materials must be pre-ordered at prevailing rates.
