on-site provider of printing and shipping for all your business needs.
Exhibitor Booth Cleaning
Production Service personnel shall have exclusive control of cleaning interior
exhibit booth areas, with the exception of exhibitor furniture or personal property.
Vacuuming and cleaning service may be requested through Exhibitor Services or your
event coordinator.

Rentable Equipment
All MCC owned equipment will be installed, operated and maintained by MCC personnel.
Some equipment is provided with room setups. Please check with your Sales Representative
or Event Coordinator for details.

Food, Beverage and Alcoholic
Beverages
Kelber Catering is the exclusive caterer for the
MCC. Kelber Catering also has exclusive rights to dispense alcoholic beverages in
the MCC and holds an applicable liquor license form the City of Minneapolis.
Guest Services
The MCC retains exclusive rights to provide the following services at any MCC event:
- Coat/Baggage Check
- Fire Marshal– provided through the Fire Prevention Bureau.
- Medical Services – first aid personnel
- Police Officers – provided through the Minneapolis Police Department.
- Security and Ushers – Providing show security including ticket takers, door
guards, overnight guards and ushers for Auditorium events.

Mobility Shop (scooter &
wheelchair rental)
The Mobility Shop is the exclusive on-site provider for mobility equipment at the
MCC. The Mobility Shop makes it easy to rent and reserve equipment through www.themobilityshop.com or by calling toll free 888-404-5554.
The Mobility Shop recommends that clients reserve equipment in advance. All equipment
can be picked up and returned on-site at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Mobility
equipment cannot depart the MCC premises. Overnight use of mobility equipment is
prohibited, mobility equipment must be returned prior to departure from the convention
center.
Networking/ Technology Solutions
Priority Networks
– the exclusive Internet and networking provider for event management, exhibitors
and attendees. They also provide a complete suite of technology solutions such as
data networking, WI-FI and video conferencing, as well as a neutral host DAS array
for wireless phone service.

Exhibitor Utilities
The MCC provides utilities as an exclusive service. Rates and operating
policies for electric, telephone, compressed air, gas, water and drainage service
are outlined in the service order forms.
