Event/Meeting Planner Parking Ramp options include use of facility-provided tokens charged to your master bill, or use of event planner-provided coupons. Both of these options are quite flexible and allow for cashless exits for your parkers with the cost reflected on your master bill. Additionally, there may be space available for event planner cars and/or oversized vehicles, in many cases at no charge depending upon the size or your meeting. Please discuss these possibilities with your MCC sales representative. Food and Beverage Sampling at EventsAll events that are distributing food and beverage samples must obtain approval from MCC and Kelber Catering. Show management must submit a Food Event Sponsoring Application to the Department of Regulatory Services, Division of Environmental Health prior to your event day.
